Shelela Organics respects your privacy and protects your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013.

What we collect
When you place an order or create a profile we collect your name, surname, cellphone number, email address, billing address and your chosen PAXI Point or delivery address. When you upload a proof of payment we store that file so our team can confirm your payment.

How we use it
We use your information only to process and deliver your orders, to send you order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp, to issue your invoice, and to provide customer support. If you opted in, we may occasionally tell you about specials. You can opt out at any time in My Details or by contacting us.

Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to serve you: your name, cellphone number and PAXI Point with the PAXI courier network to deliver your parcel, and payment information with our payment provider when you pay by card. We never sell your personal information to anyone.

How we protect it
Your information is stored on secured servers, passwords are encrypted, and access inside our team is limited to the people who need it to do their work. Payment proofs are removed from our servers after they have served their purpose.

Your rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your profile. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will help you.
